Thanks for your question about supporting Dress for Success. There are DFS affiliates in your state at Boston, Western Massachusetts (Springfield) and there is an affiliate starting up in Worchester.

You can contact the DFS affiliate that is closest to you to determine how to donate clothing or funds for their operations. If you go to http://www.dressforsuccess.org/dfs_affiliates.aspx, there will be links to the local affiliates.

Good morning Alisa,

Thank you so much for your kind note and your question about the dinner series.

Through the dinners I practice providing a space for women to experience and practice authenticity, support and community - all around a different leadership topic each time. They are for women who are contributing to the world each in their unique way (both inside and outside the corporate world) in order for them to celebrate their uniqueness and practice "being" without the "masks" that they sometimes feel they must wear in order to fit in and be successful.

I believe that if we relax into our authenticity and bring this to the world, we collectively will support others in doing the same. On our teams at work, in our families, and for others who we may have no idea we have even impacted (the person on the street we smile at and say good morning to).

The dinner series runs for 5 months each session (Spring/Summer and again in the Fall/Winter) and I have been hosting them for the past 1.5 years now.

Each has a bit of structure and a lot of meandering, and of course yummy food and rich conversation. Magic occurs as we create a safe space to practice "being" with each other and continuing our journey of self awareness as women leaders.

In October there will be other women starting their own dinner series - one in San Francisco, one in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and one in Surrey and the lower mainland in Vancouver. Together we are in the process of creating a global community for women leaders to provide support and to foster authenticity as each of us step into our power. As we do this, we are changing the collective conciousness and raising the vibrational level in the world - both inside and outside the corporate world.

I'll be launching my next dinner series in October in Vancouver, as well as teleclasses for other women who want to start their own dinner series in their community. And soon we'll have a blog where we can be in community virtually as well.

Thank you for asking as this is a lovely opportunity for me to reconnect to my intention for the community.
Warm regards,
Tana

Hi ALisa and welcome! Thank you for sharing these great offerings into our network. If you can manage the technology, it would be wonderful if you would be willing to share one of your songs on the Main page from your Women Rise CD (tab on left-hand side). All the best, Myriam

About Me:
I am the visionary and founder of five visions concerning women's empowerment, leadership and transformation. Each vision meets a specific and unique need. They are Priestess Path, an archetypal spiritual odyssey for the empowered woman, the Women's Belly and Womb Conference, Daughters of the Earth Gatherings, the Red Tent Temple Movement and Women in Power. I also have three CD's of original chants for our circles. I am just returning from the UK and am feeling tired so I will leave at this tonight.
What Needs of the World Most Resonate with my Call to Leadership
My work is about the rise of the sacred feminine and ways to truly embody this in communities of women who are fiercely committed and experiences that aid in healing even the most devastated parts of our psyches back to vibrancy.
What Do You Wish Were Different?
I wish that we would be the love that we are without holding back on our innate power that can change the world.
