Carrie,
I noticed that you haven't posted your negotiation skills workshop on the events page. I think this would be of interest to many of the women on the network.

About Me:
I am a negotiation consultant and coach, who helps women and men get more of what they want, authentically and with integrity. My passion and expertise in helping women make a difference is based on ten years as a mediator and chief legal counsel with the Ontario Pay Equity Commission, and eighteen years collectively as a lawyer, mediator, coach and educator. I am also an adjunct professor at UBC’s Faculty of Law, where I have taught Mediation Advocacy, and Negotiation.
What Needs of the World Most Resonate with my Call to Leadership
Helping women to learn and exercise their powers of influence, to negotiate better and more extraordinary outcomes in any negotiation, so that women's voices, presence and values take a more prominent place in affecting the world we live in. Women can't afford to wait until "someone else" takes care of them and their needs, their children's needs. The cost is too great, and the time too short. The more women feel confident, know what they want, can negotiate and influence skillfully, gracefully and effectively, the more resources women will have at our disposal -- to meet our families' needs, and to be true leaders: to be able to help other women rise to their potential, financially, economically, psychologically.
What Do You Wish Were Different?
The U.S. government -- yay!! Now it is!!! :)
If I Were Fearless In My Leadership I Would (Walk Out/Walk On/What?. ...)
not care if they didn't like me as a result of my doing what matters.
