- I am many things and I do many things, here is a sampling:
- I am the mom of three daughters (ages 16, 18, 20) who are all still living at home.
- I love connecting with other women.
- I love learning.
- I try to do yoga daily (sometimes for a short time and badly).
- I love walking, reading, sailing and travelling.
- I feel my life purpose is to participate in and the support the re-emergence of the Divine Feminine in all her aspects, including a shift from a dominator model to a partnership model
- I try to "go greener more often" and know when I'm not.
- I am currently reading "Late Nights On Air" by Elizabeth Hay (Giller Prize Winner).
- I am happy to say that I have been happily married (most of the time :)) to the same guy for 23 years.
- In my work, I support women to greater clarity, meaning and fulfillment as a life & business coach. I say I it's about "coaching for your heart & soul and the heart & soul of your business:.
- What Needs of the World Most Resonate with my Call to Leadership
- Participating in forming small circles of women who ignite and catalyze the parternship way! I also am drawn to supporting women entrepreneurs to design and develop businesses according to the principles of the triple bottom line and a blend of conscious capitalism, with karma capitalism.

- I have a new creative project, in a totally lateral move from anything I have done previously, that I will be sharing about soon.
